  1. Already registered, hope I win! I am having my daughter & her family coming home to visit in October, I really need help. I am skilled at making meat-free dishes, but they are vegans and I would REALLY like to make something special that they could also eat!

  2. I’ve been on the list for a while and am a huge fan! (Just made your Chilaquiles Verde recipe for breakfast yesterday…yummy!) I would LOVE to win your book!

  3. I already have one of your books, and cook something from the book or blog at least once a week. But this would make a great present for one of my friends!!

  4. I stopped eating meat a few months ago and found your blog. I’ve been quite interested in your cookbook as I would love to try some of the recipes with my young kids. I’ve made the best tofu dish of yours (drying and cooking at high temp). Thanks for creating!

  5. Just retired and just made two of your recipes last night- coconut rice and lemongrass tofu- and even consulted tofu 101. Both where well received.
    Thanks

  6. I haven’t been on the emailing list very long but I have already made a few of the recipes and have a list of plenty more I want to try πŸ™‚ I would LOVE a signed copy of Herbivoracious cookbook

  7. Although I hope to win a copy of your cookbook, I may as well admit that I will buy it if I don’t.

  8. I first read about you in the BAM and have enjoyed your blog and recipes ever since then. I love their creativity and the informative technique instructions, such as about tofu. Thanks for the contest and keep your great ideas coming to us.

  9. I just signed up for the newsletter after reading the Hartford Courant article in yesterday’s paper and would love to receive a cookbook.

  10. I love Herbivoracious!

The first recipe I made was the potstickers when two of my former Chinese exchange student’s invited me over for dinner. They were amazed at how good they were. Since then, I’ve been working my way through the blog, recipe by recipe. I’ve turned a ton of my friends onto Herbivoracious (vegetarian and non-vegetarian alike,) and used your orecchiette recipe for my pre-half-marathon pasta dinner. Herbivoracious has never let me down (except the one time I used bad ricotta to make the spinach lasagna.)

Thanks for the beautiful food photos, the tips about cast iron, tofu and for being my go-to food blog!

  11. I am already on the email list, hubby and I love your recipes. I would love a copy, thanks for a chance!! πŸ™‚

  12. I just came to this web site today and subscribed after reading about it in the Chicago Tribune. The 3 recipes that you sent with the confirmation looks so tempting as do the ones that i have already looked at on the site. I would love to win the recipe book, but would receive great pleasure in gifting it to my son and daughter in law. They entertain every Friday night for dinner and usually each Saturday afternoon as well as many Sundays. They enjoy vegetarian dishes and some of their guests dont eat meat at all. Winning would give me the thrill of the win, pleasure in gifting it to them and knowing they have a compilation of wonderful foods to enjoy and entertain with. Thank you for your consideration.

  13. Is this where I leave a message to be entered in the “Fair Trade” giveaway? I hope so. I have enjoyed your newsletter for many months and forwarded it to my vegetarian Brother and Mom/Dad when there is a recipe I think they’d like.
